Production Process Manager

This person is responsible for the ongoing, continuous improvement of the production process. This is achieved through working with the Production Manager and Production Planner to analyse current production procedures, create strategic plans to eliminate inefficiencies identified, and research new machinery and new technologies. Key Responsibilities: Continuous improvement Production process Product quality Cost reduction Capital projects and new equipment Plant efficiency Reports Requirements: Experience working with industrial machinery. Experience working in a production environment. Experience in Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing. Experience with quality management systems. Project management experience. Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical.
