IT Cloud Systems Administrator & Support Technician (Intermediate)

Key Responsibilities: Manage Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments. Support and maintain cloud network infrastructure and security. Implement and manage cloud security policies and solutions. Monitor and maintain security systems, including Mimecast and Defender for Endpoint. Provide support for Linux and Windows Server environments. Assist with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS). Support SharePoint site administration and user access. Configure and monitor Windows Defender for Cloud and endpoint security. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security and compliance. Provide internal IT user support for both cloud and on-premises systems. Required Experience: Practical experience with Azure Active Directory (AD). Experience with Windows Server. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune. Basic understanding of cloud networking and security. Beneficial Skills: Experience with Mimecast, FortiGate, and Fortinet. Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments. Understanding of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS). Experience with Jira and SharePoint. Basic understanding of Windows Defender for Cloud and endpoint security. Experience with Microsoft Sentinel. Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Endpoint. Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language). Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
