Perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and breakdown assistance. Handle Freon gas systems, including leak checks, recovery, pressure testing, and recharging. Responsibilities also include ensuring optimal performance of cold storage systems and assisting with general trailer maintenance. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant Qualification: Refrigeration Mechanic trade certificate. Transport Refrigeration Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Carrier, Thermo King, or similar systems. Freon Gas Knowledge: Experience in handling Freon, including leak detection, recovery, and recharging systems. Technical Skills: Expertise in diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs for transport refrigeration units.
