Actuary

Role Overview: This position focuses on maintaining the financial health of the scheme while ensuring members receive comprehensive healthcare coverage. By utilizing data analysis, the role supports decision-making in benefit design, risk management, and trend analysis to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Actuarial services planning: Design actuarial analysis to provide input into improvement of the company's sustainability and interventions Actuarial modelling: Build and evaluate tools and predictive analytical models for compiling and analysing data to calculate risks Actuarial advisory: Perform a complete range of actuarial services and financial projections, such as long-term strategy and annual valuation Stakeholder management Compliance and governance: Solid understanding of corporate governance, including the Companies Act and King IV Experience and Qualifications: Degree in Actuarial Science. Advanced expertise in actuarial science. Min 4 years of experience in actuarial analysis. Actuary financial health, risk management, and trend analysis.
