Financial Manager

Are you an accomplished CA(SA) with at least 8 years of post-articles experience and a strong background in international finance? Our client, a well-established and listed services company, is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team in Johannesburg North. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and gain exposure to global markets within a dynamic and growing organisation. Duties: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with accounting standards. Work closely with international stakeholders and manage cross-border financial operations, consolidations, and reporting in line with global business strategies. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and objectives. Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, consolidating international subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant. Experience: At least 8 years of post-articles experience in financial management, with significant exposure to international financial operations and reporting. Proven track record of managing cross-border financial activities and understanding the complexities of international accounting standards.
