ICT Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT and networking. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IT security. Proficiency in Linux and Windows server environments. Hands-on experience with virtual machine environments, such as Docker and Proxmox (setup, installation, and management). Strong MySQL database administration skills. Advanced understanding of network and database security. Experience with Fortigate firewalls is a significant advantage. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and takes the initiative. Strategic thinker with a strong focus on observability and problem-solving. Other Requirements: Own reliable transport is essential. Willingness to provide after-hours support when required.
