Education and Background: Newly qualified CA(SA) preferred BCom Honours Duties: Prepare budgets & forecasts Review and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Monthly processing and reviewing of draft trail balances Prepare monthly reports and analysis thereto Present reports to executive members Understand the risks affecting distribution channels and assist with implementing appropriate systems to mitigate these risks Review daily payments and detailed analysis of supporting schedules Ad hoc reports and tasks (e.g., involvement in IFRS17 implementation) Assist with annual audits Skills & Experience: Completed SAICA articles OR 3 to 4 years' experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industries essential Insurance industry experience essential (Articles client experience or PQE) Strong IFRS knowledge Strong Microsoft Excel skills Pastel experience preferred Financial and business acumen Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment Apply now For more finance jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitmentinternational.com If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
