They must be able to handle any issues that may arise in the kitchen including complaints, equipment malfunctions and any staff conflicts. Maintain a high standard of service to ensure all dishes are prepared and served to the highest quality and standards Responsibilities Cleaning :- Work Stations, Equipment, storage Rooms and dishes in accordance with Food Safety Regulations Stock Control :- Show skills to be able to control a GP thru stock control, Waste Control and purchasing Quality Control :- Preparing Fresh dishes according to the SOP, Ensuring off food is cooked to correct SOPs, Following Food Safety procedures Communication :- Show good communication skills with the rest of the kitchen team and front of house team Operation of Equipment :- Maintaining cooking equipment such as ovens, grills ect Health and Safety :- Must adhere to the health and safety policys and regulations Benefits Employee Assistance Programme provided by Health Assured 25% Discount in our Leisure Venues 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme ADZN1_UKTJ
