Multi Trade Maintenance Engineer

A well-established Bristol-based maintenance company is expanding due to an increased workload on one of their key contracts. They are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trades Operative to join their mobile team. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across domestic and commercial properties throughout the city. Key tasks include building fabric maintenance on commercial sites, as well as kitchen and bathroom replacements and repairs in various domestic settings. Key Skills & Experience: Carpentry Plumbing Tiling Wet trades such as bricklaying, plastering, and rendering Benefits: Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience), with OTE up to £35,000 - £40,000 (including call-outs and overtime) Company van provided Pension scheme Life insurance Free parking and on-site parking Additional Information: Full-time, permanent role Monday to Friday schedule On-call rota: 1 in every 4-6 weeks Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, with basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and tiling.
