What the job involves This position requires providing a comprehensive document management service, including handling and sorting incoming mail, the receipt and dispatch of outgoing mail, and the processing of applications, emails, and data imports per customer requests. You will ensure adherence to performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities include scanning, storing, and indexing documents, operating equipment, and ensuring process efficiency. You will maintain high levels of confidentiality, manage cheque processing, and report equipment faults. Your role involves delivering top-tier professional service, contributing to equal opportunities, fulfilling duties effectively, and adapting to an evolving workload that may require work at different locations.
