Job Opportunity: Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant Powys Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with a passion for supporting childrens education? We are currently seeking a Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Powys area. Position: Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant Location: Powys Pay Rate: Up to £11.44 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons in Welsh, helping students engage with their learning. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those who need extra help. Support the teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation. Encourage the use of the Welsh language throughout the school day. Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to a positive learning environment. Requirements: Fluency in Welsh (essential). Previous experience in a teaching assistant role is desirable but not essential. Passion for supporting childrens education and development.
