Electrical Draughtsperson

Were recruiting for an Electrical Draughtsperson on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading player in the engineering and energy sector. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, including critical Eskom initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using MicroStation. Interpret project specifications and Eskom standards to deliver compliant designs. Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure that designs meet project goals. Update and maintain electrical documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control. Conduct site visits as required to gather information and ensure designs align with field conditions. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Draughtsperson, preferably within the energy or utilities sector. Proficiency in MicroStation is essential. Strong knowledge of Eskom standards, guidelines, and procedures. Relevant technical qualification in electrical design or drafting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
