Applications Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions. Design, develop, and optimize application processes to meet clients' needs while adhering to company standards. Serve as the technical liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and support during the project lifecycle. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting support for customers. Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing timely feedback and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions and processes. What Were Looking For: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in an applications engineering or similar role, with a strong technical background. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
