Digital Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an aspiring Analytics to join our Digital Analytics team (currently made up of 10 people) and who deals with the optimization of international ecommerce websites for the fashion, sportswear, food, consumer electronics, and cosmetics industries. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Technical Implementations Support: supporting the client team in the creation of technical set-ups for measuring ecommerce performances; Configurations: using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and Tableau panels to create effective data measuring and visualization layers; Analysis: analysing and assessing the users online behavior, using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yandex Metrica, Adobe Analytics, Google Looker Studio; Monitoring: study and check of project performance, analysis of user behavior on sites with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar; Project Management: managing Digital Analytics projects under the coordination of the several players involved, in order to obtain the best results possible. SKILLS REQUIRED: We are looking for people who already have experience. The ideal skills required are: Passion for the digital and ecommerce world; Good knowledge of the English language; Being a good team player; Ability to perform analyses and presentations; Good knowledge of Excel and GSheet; Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; NICE TO HAVE: Python / R, SQL and ETL tools; WHAT WE ARE OFFERING YOU: Flexible schedule and remote work option for part of the working hours; Annual dedicated training budget, with the option of taking part in external events and workshops; Annual rewards; Possibility to work with a client team on high-profile international projects and great attention to the work quality.
