Ensuring contractors work in line with company policies and procedures through audits. Attending planning meetings, such as those with Highway Authorities, and coordination meetings. Satisfying the needs of all customers and stakeholders. Undertaking standby duties as necessary (with appropriate training provided). What you’ll need We’re looking for a blend of skills and attributes that make you a great fit for this role. Knowledge of the gas industry and related health and safety procedures is preferred but not essential Good team leadership, coaching, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Effective communicators at all levels and being able to successfully engage with all stakeholders, customers, contractors and your own team. Flexibility with a 'can do’ enthusiastic approach and strive to outperform targets. The candidate must have a flexible approach to work and hold a full and valid driving license. Why SGN?
