Housing Related Support Worker

We are seeking a warm, approachable, and motivated individual to join our team. You will work alongside our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Coordinator to provide an outcome-focused support service for people over 18 who need housing-related support in Doncaster. Your role will be to assist individuals in benefiting from improved mental health, tenancy sustainment, maximization of independent living skills, better engagement with landlords and accommodation providers, improved money management, enhanced home safety, reduced homelessness, and better management of substance misuse issues. You will also help them access volunteering opportunities within Tier 0 and beyond. As part of your responsibilities, you will offer advice and guidance on the range of housing and support options available, and help clients access and engage with these services. Additionally, you will signpost them to other services that may further meet their support needs.
