Midlands Hospitality Competitive Remuneration The Company We are working in partnership with a high growth PE backed hospitality group. With a global reach and ambitious growth plans they are looking to appoint an independent Board Advisor. The Role Working closely with the founder and the Board, you will be appointed to help develop strategy for expansion into new overseas markets as well as providing support to the existing portfolio in the UK. Your proven leadership experience and expertise in the hospitality sector will enable you to support this rapidly expanding group.The Board Advisor is expected to be available for Board Meetings and ad-hoc advice to the Board on an as-needs basis with a time commitment estimated as c2 days per month. The Person We are looking for individuals who bring relevant experience in the hospitality/F&B sector with the passion to drive forward our client's ambitious strategic agenda. If you have a track record of operating at Board level within a PE backed hospitality/F&B group, this Board Advisor role would be a really interesting addition to your portfolio.
