Head of Property Solicitor

This successful and growing law firm in Surrey have a new opportunity for a Head of Property to help advise and grow their property team. The Role: You will be part of a well-known firm that are focused on providing local clients with the best possible service. This is not a traditional conveyancing opportunity – you will focus on managing the property team, speaking with lenders, CQS compliance and advising on technical questions. Your role will be to keep the department ahead of the curve and advancing. Those who describe themselves as ambitious would thrive in this position. On offer is a lot of autonomy and modern flexible working arrangements. Plus, you can be based in one of its two Surrey based offices either Camberley or Epsom.
