A highly respected property consultancy are currently looking to enhance their Bristol team with a bright Assistant Building Surveyor. The Assistant Building Surveyors' role This role offers the opportunity to join a thriving business, with a network of over 30 offices across the UK, offering collaborative and creative teams across the board. The Assistant Building Surveyor will be working as part of a highly successful team of 5, to deliver high quality services to a growing client base. As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you will support a number of projects including new build, refurbishment and renovation schemes, for a variety of commercial and residential properties. The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to develop their professional expertise, with a focus on technical due diligence, dilapidations, condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance.
