Group Reporting Manager

We are partnering with a client specialising in the travel sector, they are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are in sought of a Group Reporting Manager. 6-12 month assignment whilst a transformation project kicks off. You will be managing a team of 5-10 accountants and overseeing the consolidation and reporting of financial figures across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements Oversee the timely and accurate consolidation of financial data from various business units and international subsidiaries. Ensure consistency in accounting policies and treatment across the Group. Coordinate and prepare all group reporting deliverables for senior management and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements in the group reporting cycle to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Liaise with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits Maintain strong controls around group reporting processes to ensure data integrity Support the Group Finance Director with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as required. Experience: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualififed is preferable but not essential. Extensive experience with group consolidation systems and reporting tools. Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes. Leading and managing a team.
