Finance Director

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Director to manage all financial aspects of our organisation. The ideal candidate will effectively oversee budgeting, reporting, auditing, and other financial operations in their Cardiff location. Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies. Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Prepare detailed financial reports and statements. Work closely with other departments to drive financial performance. Provide financial insight and analysis to inform business decisions. Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Lead, develop and motivate the finance team. Profile A successful Finance Director should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Strong financial and accounting knowledge. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £75000 - £90,000 GBP.
