Job title: Senior Reinsurance Technician Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Location: London OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Reinsurance Technician to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Reinsurance Technician, you will work closely with the reinsurance team to handle and process reinsurance accounts. London based role. Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle and process reinsurance accounts for commercial lines of business Work closely with the reinsurance team and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts Review and analyse reinsurance contracts and documentation Assist in the preparation of reports for management and clients Liaise with clients, brokers, and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements within the reinsurance team QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in account handling within the reinsurance industry Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in using reinsurance software and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills DAY-TO-DAY Reviewing and processing reinsurance accounts Collaborating with the reinsurance team and underwriters Analysing reinsurance contracts and documentation Communicating with clients, brokers, and underwriters to address account issues Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the reinsurance team If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on or email us at
