IBA Account Handler

Job Title: IBA Account Handler Location: Southend, Essex Full/Part Time: Full Time Salary: £40,000 per annum Benefits Insurance Industry Sectors: IBA, Accounts, Broking, Brokerage A key client of ours is looking to recruit an IBA Account Handler. You will be required to have 5 years experience within an IBA role and be willing for a new challenge with a respected Lloyds Broker. The ideal candidate will need to have strong numerical and literacy skills. Good communicational and organisational skills are also essential. Key responsibilities: Cash Matching & Allocation Preparing statements for Underwriters, Clients & Third party accounts Chasing outstanding premium and requesting full breakdown Preparing payment runs for client and Underwriters Running fortnightly credit control reports General Administration and office duties - IE Scanning, Filling, Telephone Qualifications & Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software applications. Knowledge of Brokasure Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality. Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
