Job title: Renewals Manager Salary: Up to £60,000 Location: Essex Overview My award-winning client is seeking a skilled and driven Renewals Manager to oversee the renewal process and operations. The Renewals Manager will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiations, and contract renewals Implement and improve renewal operations to streamline the process and increase efficiency Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful renewals and client satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize renewal opportunities Analyse renewal data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Requirements Proven experience in renewals, operations, or a related role Demonstrated success in a Renewals Manager role or similar, with a strong track record of improving renewal rates and driving revenue growth Data-Driven: Proficient in using data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Day-to-day Engage with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless renewal process Analyse renewal data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve successful renewals Continuously improve renewal operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact us now on or email
