The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Commercial Insurance, covering New Business, Renewals, and MTA’s Specialised knowledge in various Commercial Insurances, including Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Shops/Offices, Combined Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers/Management Liability, Motor Fleet, Marine, and Cyber Experience of Acturis broking platform Account Handler - Commercial Insurance - Key duties Client Management Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, building strong relationships and understanding their insurance needs. Ensure the accurate preparation and renewal of client policies, enhancing coverage as required. Policy Administration Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with precision and timeliness. Keep detailed, up-to-date client records that meet company standards. Insurer Negotiation Work with insurers to secure favourable terms and negotiate competitive premiums tailored to client needs. Compliance and Regulation Maintain strict adherence to FCA regulations and company compliance standards. Stay updated on regulatory and industry changes to provide accurate, compliant advice. Collaboration and Teamwork Collaborate with Account Executives and other colleagues to ensure seamless client support. Share knowledge and best practices while mentoring junior team members Account Handler - Commercial Insurance - Key requirements ACII qualification or commitment to obtaining it. Extensive experience in Commercial Insurance, covering new business, renewals, and MTAs. Proficiency with Acturis or similar broking platforms. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines, including Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Shops/Offices, Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Cyber. Thorough understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty obligations, and compliance standards.
