Strong experience in code reviews, production support, incident management, and enhancements for Salesforce applications. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with status reporting, and experience in Agile methodology. Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified.
