Data Architect (SQL) Newcastle £65k Permanent / Hybrid Careers Plus are working with a successful business in the North East who are looking to hire a Data Architect. We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead data strategy, ensuring robust architecture, optimised database performance, and seamless data integration across our systems. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable data architectures. - Develop and optimise SQL databases for performance and security. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and governance. - Ensure best practices in data modelling, ETL processes, and integration. - Working on database structure systems and data mining Requirements - Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role. - Strong expertise in SQL and database management systems. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ETL tools is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
