Why You’ll Love This Role £40k Package: £32,000 base bonus unlimited overtime potential in peak season Varied & Dynamic: Lead a busy retail shop floor, oversee customer service, manage staff, and coordinate logistics Exciting Environment: Serve 500 customers on a busy weekend, host meet-and-greets, and lead a sales-driven team Progression & Recognition: Clear career development opportunities, company awards, and regular team incentives Flexibility: Lighter summer hours with extended holiday options & a seasonal work pattern to suit you What You’ll Be Doing Leading from the front: managing a retail team of up to 9 staff (Stylists and Assistant Stylists) on each shift, setting sales targets, and delivering first-class customer experiences Driving sales & service: being a natural salesperson, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves happy Managing operations: overseeing stock, deliveries, dispatches, and problem-solving across the site Recruitment & training: hiring, coaching, and developing your team to be the best in the business Taking ownership: keyholder responsibilities, ensuring smooth running of the store, and responding to site needs Who We’re Looking For A proven leader with experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or leisure A charismatic salesperson who thrives in a customer-facing environment A problem-solver who enjoys variety and can juggle multiple priorities A motivator who drives team performance and exceeds targets Someone who loves a challenge and enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role The Work Pattern Peak season: (August through to May) Weekend & evening shifts, with paid overtime opportunities, contracted at 40 hours per week with paid overtime up to 55 hours per week Low season: (June & July) Reduced hours at 30 hours per week, flexible working, and extended holiday options Closed over Christmas: (unlike most retailers) Ready to Take the Next Step?
