Licensed Engineer Permanent Opportunity Location: South London Salary: Dependent on License, Type rated We’re currently looking for a Licensed Engineer to join a leading Aviation Organisation based in South London. This permanent role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, working on Executive Aircraft. What will you be doing as a Licensed Engineer? Supervise and coordinate the certification of Base and Line maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to approved data and completing tasks within the specified timeframe for both group and customer aircraft Maintain a high level of expertise in aircraft documentation, utilising your skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination and information sharing at all levels. Efficiently manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet maintenance deadlines and ensure seamless operations. Stay motivated and contribute to a positive team environment, actively supporting team objectives and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Thrive under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities to handle evolving operational challenges. Oversee large-scale base maintenance checks, providing leadership and direction to a team of support staff to uphold quality and regulatory compliance. What are we looking for in our next Licensed Engineer? Hold a recognised license (e.g., EASA Part-66, FAA, or equivalent). Type rated on any Executive Aircraft, desirable Completed an apprenticeship or formal training program, or possess equivalent qualifications and experience in aircraft maintenance. Proven ability to lead and manage a team and able to support both Base and Line maintenance operations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and familiar with CAFAM (or equivalent systems). Proven background in working with Executive Aircraft, ensuring high-quality maintenance and technical expertise.
