Key Requirements: Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role, ideally in the tech or SaaS sector. Strong ability to cold call, build rapport, and qualify leads effectively. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in overcoming objections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms (desirable but not essential).
