GAS RESPONSIBLE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL GAS ENGINEER TO JOIN ONE OF OUR CLIENTS CRITICAL DEFENCE ACCOUNT On-site in either Sandhurst or High Wycombe Full time Role – 40 hours a week Monday to Friday No on call rota required Up to £47,000 per annum plus car allowance WHAT WILL THE GAS RESPONSIBLE PERSON BE DOING? Our client is looking for a Gas Responsible Person to oversee the safe management of gas systems at a variety of sites across their Defence contract. You’ll be overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems, including distribution networks, plant rooms and applications across your designated service delivery area. Other responsibilities include: Conducting regular safety inspections Maintaining detailed records including gas safety certificates Gas network maintenance activities WE NEED THE GAS RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO HAVE… NVQ Level 3 in Gas Engineering or equivalent Current Gas Safe registration is essential Proven Commercial Gas experience An understanding of gas safety regulations Previous experience managing gas systems in the Public Sector or Defence is desirable but not essential Be able to achieve SC clearance TO BE CONSIDERED….
