The Project Quantity Surveyor Role As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of luxury residential projects, delivering bespoke new builds and high-value refurbishments. You'll take ownership from inception to completion, advising on procurement strategy, contractual claims, and cost management. This consultancy fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while mentoring junior team members. The leadership team values proactive individuals who are ready to step up and make an impact.
