This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key leadership role, driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth.Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing strategic insights to support business objectives. Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, supporting decision-making and business growth. Ensure effective cash flow management, cost control, and risk assessment. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best financial practices.Senior Finance Manager Requirements: Fully qualified accountant. Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organisation. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
