Job Description

Your Responsibilities: Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone. Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions. Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks Managing Complaints What Are We Looking For? Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Punctual And Conscient Good Attention To Detail Hours: 35-40 hours per week (Role dependent - this can be discussed at interview) Monday - Sunday (Role dependent - this can be discussed at interview) Training - Fully paid - first 1 to 2 weeks classroom based (role dependent) then 2 week hyper care. Salary: £12.00 per hour Paid fortnightly Requirements: At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience Full Time Availability ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate) Immediate Start Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful
