Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a GRANT Associate The Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants &, Funding department, based in Florence. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The ideal candidate will be involved in several activities such as: Production of administrative documentation and presentations Production of monthly reports to monitor actual vs budget Filling in the Application Form Awareness European, National &, Regional funding opportunities/programmes Matching ideas with funding opportunities/programmes Understanding European, National &, Regional Calls for Proposal Assessment &, monitoring the Project submission process Project Management Activities Follow up with signatures and declarations of senior managers Management of project shared folder including sensitive and confidential data Coordinate &, co-operate with external consultants, project partners and internal teams Training &, support to project participants JOB REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Economics &, Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering &, Mathematics) Strong Grant Application Platform &, MS Office Skills (Power Point, Excel, Project &, Word) Previous short experience in European funds’ project reporting or in subsidized finance Fluency in English, spoken and written Proactive, flexible and problem-solver Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Contract type: fixed term 12 months vetrinabakeca
