Information Security Governance Associate

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Information Security Governance Associate The resource will report to the Information Security Manager, to support on programs for the protection of Information assets in order to mitigate the risks associated. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • As a member of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) will collaborate to ensure implementing, and enforcing security policies in order to protect the company information portfolio. • Oversees the communication process between stakeholders to ensure the sharing of information to allow the company to have correct control and reaction processes on business activities, towards the market and the adoption of regulations. •Oversees cyber and information security strategies and risk management processes, identifying and mitigating potential threats of the company assets. •Evaluates emerging threats by continually assessing the security landscape and proposing strategies as necessary. • Collaborates to effectively and efficiently deliver and implement policies, procedures and guidelines defined in accordance with corporate strategy on ", information security program", and relevant regulations with high focus on the information security • Manage contractors, monitor the sub-contracted activities and review deliverables • Ensure full coordination with other teams and Department • Contribute to the preparation of tender and contract • Manage tools that allows the lean execution of activities in scope JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification: • Degree in management engineering or equivalent • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Risk and Information Security Governance • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision making. • IT Audit, cyber and risk management background will be preferred • Experience in organization with Risk, ICT, Cyber security, Quality certifications (e.g. ISO, COBIT, ITIL) Skills and Knowledge: • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory • Good Communication skills, Proactive, flexible and easy to adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent use of ICT tools and any relevant new technology • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies vetrinabakeca
