Special Education Teacher Pittsburgh, PA Full-time, Onsite for Current School Year Blazer Jobs is partnering with the Pittsburg School District to fill a full-time, onsite Special Education Teacher position for the current school year. Caseload: K-2 students with Autism Needs assistance with toileting Job Responsibilities: Support students with special education needs in a K-2 setting Provide specialized instruction for students with Autism Assist students with toileting needs Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment Monitor student progress and make adjustments as needed Participate in meetings and professional development activities Preferred: CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention) certification, but not mandatory Renewal for the following school year will be based on performance and district needs.
