Develop and manage compliant Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Provide emotional support and teach essential coping skills to empower students. Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress regularly. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Support students during key transitions, whether advancing grades or preparing for adulthood. Implement behavioral interventions to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
