Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years special education experience required. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate educator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a learning support classroom, where you will make a meaningful difference in students academic and personal growth. Responsibilities: Provide individualized instruction and support to students in a learning support setting. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success. Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Pennsylvania teaching license in Special Education. Current Pennsylvania clearances (or willingness to obtain them). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a learning support or similar classroom is preferred but not required. Compensation: Pay range: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
