Position Details Position Type: Full-Time, Contract through ProCare Therapy. Location: Florence, TX. Grade Levels: Middle School and High School. Schedule: Monday Friday Responsibilities Deliver inclusive education services within general education classrooms for students with special needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students. Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Valid Texas teaching certificate with required special education endorsements. Experience working in middle or high school inclusion settings preferred. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
