Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher Company: Soliant Education Location: Midway, AR Contract Position: 2024-2025 School Year P ay Range: $34-$42 per hour, dependent upon experience, level of education, other factors Start Date: ASAP May 23rd, 2025 Full-Time: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for a Middle School Inclusion caseload . This full-time, onsite contract position is for the 2024-2025 school year. The caseload will consist of 15-20 students, providing a blend of push-in and pull-out services . The position starts immediately and runs through May 23rd, 2025. Responsibilities: Provide individualized and group instruction to students with diverse special education needs. Deliver both push-in and pull-out services to students in accordance with their IEP goals. Work collaboratively with general education teachers to ensure inclusion and support within the general education setting. Develop, implement, and modify lesson plans and instructional materials for students based on their IEPs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress reports, IEP documentation, and assessments. Work closely with parents, school staff, and administrators to ensure the success of each student. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support individual needs. Attend IEP meetings, as needed, and contribute to the development and review of IEPs. Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required). Valid Special Education teaching certification in the state of [Insert State]. Experience working with middle school students in an inclusion setting. Knowledge of current special education laws, IEP processes, and classroom management strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for supporting students with special needs in a middle school environment. Must be available to work full-time, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
