Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty: Mobile X-Ray Job Duration: Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: Experience: License: Valid driver’s license in good standing Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: State licensure, vaccination against COVID-19 or exemption documentation Job Description: - Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG service to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other facilities. - Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation. - Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images. - Perform EKGs, as needed, and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation if required. - Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, following protocol. - Communicate regularly with dispatch and management, and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. - Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure operational readiness. - Support a positive working environment with opportunities for personal growth and skill development. - Engage with a variety of patients, benefiting from job security, autonomy, and a collaborative team.
