Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with assistants and paraprofessionals to provide prehensive support and care. Develop and implement customized lesson plans to address each students specific needs. Ensure that all students' IEPs are followed and progress is monitored. Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
