Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods. Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities. Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics and individual student needs.
