Position Highlights: Hourly Pay: $33 - $38 per hour, based on experience Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Guaranteed Hours: Consistent and reliable hours Support: Access to a clinical team for guidance and support Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual setting. Deliver live and recorded instruction tailored to each students learning style and needs. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Stay updated with best practices and developments in special education and online learning. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Valid state licensure in Idaho or current state of residence (if needed). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting.
