Maintain accurate and plete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and social development of all students. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. Experience working with students with special needs. Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation. Excellent munication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. mitment to ongoing professional development. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Special Education. Experience with a diverse student population. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in special education. Proficiency in assistive technology and adaptive tools for students with disabilities.
