Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with state standards and curriculum objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred). Valid teaching certification/license in Elementary Education (Virginia state certification required). Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
