Deputy Home Manager

Role: Deputy Manager Salary: £31,000 (DOE) Hours: 44 hours a week Vacancy Type: Permanent - Full Time This care home is located in Maidstone, in Kent. The home supports six autistic males and females, who may also have a learning disability. This role will be 28 hours on the floor with and 16 hours supernumerary. As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
