Employability Tutor

Role: Employability Tutor Location: Grimsby, with regional travel Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour Must have own transport We are recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider looking for Experienced Employability Tutors on an initial 12 week supply contract to support individuals in developing skills and increasing job prospects through the Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic tutor who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and working closely with learners and employers. The Role: ✔ Deliver employability and vocational training (up to Level 2) ✔ Provide engaging classroom and virtual training sessions ✔ Monitor learner progress and create tailored action plans ✔ Develop employer relationships to create work placement opportunities ✔ Travel between Grimsby, Skegness, Lincoln, Scunthorpe & Hull (mileage paid) What We’re Looking For: Experience delivering training to unemployed learners Strong IT and admin skills (Microsoft Office) Teaching qualification (Level 3 or higher) Experience in employability and vocational training Assessor and/or IQA qualification (or willingness to work towards) If you’re interested in this opportunity, apply today
