Role Description Maintain calibration process, keeping data up to date and recorded effectively Support in measuring systems analysis and look to improve testing methods Carry out audits Process evaluation and improvement - fault root cause investigation and process controls implementation Analyse data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data, making recommendations Lean manufacturing, identify and drive continuous improvementSkills and Qualifications Quality Management System Principles and Techniques International & British Quality Standards, ISO Good Manufacturing Practice Quality toolbox including FMEA, Process flows, Root cause investigations, Lean and Six Sigma tools & techniques Internal Audit experience to the relevant standardsCompany Information As a business, my client is a market leader within their industry and has a strong presence across the whole of the UK.
